Whole Property Inspection

Booked and completed prior to closing on new or existing property. Inspection includes all systems and components and final report detailing current condition of the home. Final summary outlines areas of concern and gives buyers the needed information to make a confident decision.

Partial Inspections

Covering the major systems of a property, (i.e. roof, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Structure) a partial inspection can address your specific concerns. While this can help reduce some risk, a partial inspection  cannot replace the value of knowing as much as possible about a property.

Pre-Listing Inspection

A Whole Property Inspection can be completed before listing or selling the property giving current owners a comprehensive description of maintenance items to address. Sellers attending to these items in advance inspire buyer confidence in the property and reduces time spent in contract negotiation.
